The weekend economic summit hosted by President Obama was infiltrated by a supporter of the Occupy Wall Street protests.

Makana, a Hawaiian singer, was displaying a T-shirt that read, Occupy with Aloha and was singing a song which criticized corporate greed, politicians and the U.S. economic system.

After the event he posted a brief video clip of the performance online.

In a news release sent to journalists, the anti-capitalist performance artists, known as the Yes Men, took partial credit for helping Makana to carry out the protest.

The performance occurred at a dinner on Saturday night for the Asia-Pacific Economic Co-operation summit. Participants were from 21 economies around the Asia-Pacific, including Chinese President Hu Jintao and Russian President Dmitry Medvedev.
