FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - The composite leading indicators fell to the level of 99.3 points in October from the 99.7 points posted in September, according to the latest report by OECD.

The report remarks that a moderate downturn in economic activity lies ahead in the OECD area. However, a steady growth will be observed in China, India and Brazil. The composite index for Unites States declined to the level of 101.1 points in October from the 101.7 points posted in September.

Euro Area composite index was unchanged in October at 98.4 points compared with September. The leading indicator index for China rose to the level of 105.5 points in October from the 105.3 points posted in September.
