Just hours after announcing she is expecting a baby with her fiancé, former “SNL” star Jason Sudeikis, actress Olivia Wilde has started sharing intimate details about her pregnancy with fans on social media.

People magazine was the first to report Sunday that the couple is expecting their first child together after two years of dating. “They are incredibly happy,” said an insider close to the duo, adding, “They’re very excited to welcome a new member into their family.” While the famous couple originally remained mum regarding the pregnancy, a rep only reconfirming the news, Wilde opened up about her upcoming bundle of joy on Twitter Sunday night.

“WOW. You guys are awesome. So kind. Thank you thank you thank you!” wrote Wilde on her official account. "PS. Babies eat mostly salsa right?” questioned the 29-year-old “Drinking Buddies” actress regarding her pregnancy cravings.

The news of Wilde’s pregnancy comes just months after the New York native made comments to Marie Claire on her plans to have children with her 38-year-old “Horrible Bosses” star beau. “He’s so good with kids,” she told the magazine, adding, “I’m open-minded about how many, but three is like a little party.” Sudeikis has also previously opened up regarding the topic of children, telling Manhattan magazine in July that he was thrilled that Wilde was “willing to make a child” with him.

Prior to the pregnancy announcement, the twosome was spotted attending the Kanye West concert at the Staples Center in Los Angeles Saturday. The pair was seen sporting casual attire (Sudeikis rocking a Kanye West “KC” hat) and accompanied by their friend, “Bridesmaids” and fellow former "SNL" actress, Kristen Wiig.

The baby will be the first confirmed child for both actors. (Sudeikis is rumored to be the one of the many possible fathers of “Mad Men” actress January Jones' son, Xander). Wilde ended her marriage with Italian prince Tao Ruspoli in 2011 with Sudeikis’ marriage to actress Kay Cannon dissolving one year prior in 2010; both unions resulted in no children.

Wilde and Sudeikis confirmed their engagement in February.
