One of the five students shot by another student at an Ohio high school on Monday has died, Chardon Police Chief Tim McKenna said.

The gunman, who is a juvenile, is in custody, according to McKenna. The shootings took place this morning at Chardon High School, about 35 miles (56 km) east of Cleveland. Four boys and one girl were hospitalized after the morning shooting at the school.
