“Orange Is the New Black” Season 4 Spoilers
Piper (Taylor Schilling) will find herself in a heap of trouble during Season 4 of Netflix’s “Orange Is the New Black.” Netflix

Piper’s panty business is about to get seriously twisted in Season 4 of “Orange Is the New Black.”

Entertainment Weekly reported the success of Piper’s (Taylor Schilling) underwear operation, which involves the selling of dirty drawers worn by inmates, will lead to trouble when a “familiar face” returns to Litchfield. Piper’s mysterious opponent will challenge the blonde jailbird, leading to a “very heated confrontation.”

But who would dare go toe-to-toe with Dandelion? Well, we have our theories …

In Season 3 of the Netflix series, Piper proved just how ruthless she could be when she found out Stella (Ruby Rose) had stolen the proceeds from her garment business. Instead of feeling empathy for the inmate, who revealed she had stolen the money to survive on after her prison sentence ended, Piper felt rage. She decided to seek vengeance on her friend-turned-foe by framing Stella for possessing dangerous contraband. As a repercussion for the offense, Stella was then sent to a maximum-security prison the very day she was supposed to be released from Litchfield.

Rose discussed the possibility of her character returning for Season 4 during an interview with Variety in July, teasing that with producer Jenji Kohan “literally anything could happen.”

“I think they’ve already started shooting in New York, and I’m obviously not in those episodes,” she said, adding that if Stella were to come back, Piper would have hell to pay. “It would be a pretty hefty storyline. [Stella] wouldn’t just be coming back happy about the situation.”

But according to the Season 4 trailer of the prison dramedy, Stella isn’t the only one upset with the inmate. Viewers can hear Maria (Jessica Pimental) threatening Piper in the drama-stuffed promo video.

“I’m going to bury you,” she fiercely says, causing Piper to feel “unsafe” within the four walls of Litchfield. And it appears Piper’s concerns are quite valid since a promo photo from Season 4 indicates Piper will find herself being held down for a beating in the upcoming installment.
