A highway overpass in the Brazilian World Cup host city Belo Horizonte collapsed onto a highway Thursday, killing two and injuring 19.

The overpass was under construction at the time of the collapse, according to Mashable. Photos from local media show a bus, a large truck and two cars crushed under the overpass. The bus driver was confirmed as one of the casualties.

Belo Horizonte hosted five World Cup games in June and will host a semi-final game on July 8.
