Bristol Palin, daughter of politician Sarah Palin, will match her dance steps against former Baywatch star David Hasselhoff and R&B singer Brandy in the new season of Dancing with the Stars.

The 11th season of the popular TV show will premiere on Sept. 20. The show also includes singer Michael Bolton, reality TV star Mike Sorrentino, and actress Jennifer Grey of Dirty Dancing fame.

Palin, 19, also a single mom said she hoped her mother, the former Alaska governor and US vice presidential candidate, would find time to watch her dance with a professional dancer for a competition. Palin has featured in entertainment shows, magazines, and made her acting debut on a US TV show on her teenage pregnancy at 17.

Dancing with the Stars was the second-biggest show on TV last season averaging 20 million viewers. The other participants for the show are Florence Henderson, 76, a former TV actor and talk show host in the 1970s, former NFL quarterback Kurt Warner, retired basketball player Rick Fox, comedian Margaret Cho, and teen actor Kyle Massey.
