Paris Jackson and her new boyfriend Michael Snoddy are not headed down the aisle anytime soon. Even though Jackson and Snoddy were recently spotted wearing rings on their engagement fingers, a new report claims the Street Drum Corps drummer hasn’t proposed to Michael Jackson’s daughter.

Sources close to the couple told TMZ Wednesday that Jackson gave Snoddy a promise ring. The sparkly bling she was seen wearing in recent paparazzi photos was nothing more than a piece of jewelry she sometimes wears with other rings.

So far, Jackson and Snoddy have not addressed the engagement rumors. Last month, the 18-year-old slammed reports she and the drummer were getting married after Radar Online reported that she told her grandparents, Katherine and Joe Jackson, that she couldn’t wait to marry Snoddy. “So many marriage and pregnancy rumors just in the past 3 years,” she tweeted at the time.

Last October, Jackson also had to shut down speculation that she was getting ready to wed then-boyfriend Chester Castellaw. The rumors started after Jackson added his last name to her Instagram page. “P.S. I’m not married and no, I’m not pregnant lmao,” she captioned a photo.

Snoddy and Jackson have been spotted out and about several times since they started dating. A few weeks ago, the couple starred in a steamy photoshoot together for photographer Tory Jensen. During an interview with “Entertainment Tonight,” Jensen said that Snoddy and his girlfriend had no problem packing on the PDA and couldn’t keep their hands off each other while he was shooting.

“I set them in the shot, and she’s wearing this red dress with this leather jacket. She had this black lip, and they would just start making out like crazy,” he told the outlet. “So after like five or six shots, he would have black lip[stick] all over his face, all over his ears. We had to keep breaking to clean them up and re-touch up the makeup and wipe all the black lipstick off Snoddy’s face. They were kissing, biting, pulling, hugging … I mean, I was just snapping the picture.”
