Thomson Financial News - It is still do-able. Political leaders are all agreed that the negotiations must be concluded by the end of the year and that there must be a deal before that on three of the twenty subjects on the table -- agricultural subsidies, agricultural tariffs and industrial tariffs. To finish by the end of the year, we must reach an agreement in May or June, because it will take six to seven months from the political agreement to the end of the round.
