Paul Ryan's The Facts on Medicare and How to Save It [Video]

On May 25, 2011, the House Budget Committee released a video, The Facts on Medicare and How to Save It, in which Paul Ryan explains the real danger of the growing debt on Medicare and reinforces the GOP's plan to reform Medicare.

The House Budget Committee chairman Paul Ryan, who criticized Democrats for distorting the Medicare issue and exaggerating fear among voters, said in the video, we can save Medicare, but we have to reform it so that it delivers the high quality we expect at a price we can afford. Ryan suggested two reasons the Medicare system increases costs and decreases quality, and advocated the House-passed budget to strengthen Medicare for future generations.
