Pavilion Energy Resources, Inc. is an emerging energy and rare-earths/gold resource development company with two divisions: PVRE Gold and Rare-Earths Division, and Accelerated Wind Power Division. The company was formerly known as Energetics Holdings, Inc. Pavilion Energy Resources, Inc. has their headquarters in Beverly Hills, California.

The Company is an energy exploration-development company currently focused on developing large-scale, wind power projects on a global basis. Their management believes that environmentally sound, lower-cost wind power projects are the future of the global renewable energy business.

Pavilion Energy Resources, Inc. is a 20 percent equity partner in a joint venture to find and develop wind farms in Idaho, Wyoming and Utah. The JV is assembling an experienced team of personnel which can perform all phases of project development. This includes taking a wind energy project from a “good prospect” to a fully functioning green power facility.

The Company has technology access rights to a new wind turbine design that has the potential to deliver eventually a 200 to 300 percent increase in electricity per unit of capital over current designs. They plan to leverage this technology to secure large wind-farm acreage positions in regions with substantial energy usage and develop large-scale wind projects on the leases when granted.

PVRE has a 15 percent interest in the China renewable energy project proposals. The JV proposes to replace China’s polluting coal fired power with lower-cost, green accelerated onshore offshore wind power plants in an orderly cost-effective fashion.

In addition, they have a 40 percent interest in the New Jersey offshore renewable energy project proposal. The JV proposes to replace polluting coal fired power with a lower-cost, green accelerated offshore wind power plant. Their Large-Scale Renewable Energy project is proposed to connect to the Google-Backed, 6,000 Megawatt capacity, Atlantic Wind Connection undersea electrical grid.

They also have a 40 percent interest in the Idaho Manufacturing project. The Company and partners propose to build a $150 million per year accelerating wind turbine production plant in Idaho. This plant could potentially eventually expand to handle $500 million in annual turbine sales.

The Company is actively pursuing the development of several large renewable wind energy power development proposals in New Jersey, Texas, Japan, California, and other locations. New high-level project proposals are being prepared and circulated on a regular basis.

Through their PVRE Gold and Rare-Earths Division, the Company is pursuing multiple alluvial near-shore gold and rare-earths prospects in the Americas and globally as well as pollymetallic gold-platinum prospects in the mid-ocean deeps. Most prospects and deposits have nearby wind resources, which could be utilized to provide green power to help preserve the environment while lowering mining operating costs.
