Media is reporting that Spanish actors Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem were seen outside an ob-gyn clinic in Spain igniting pregnancy rumors again.

Cruz and Bardem who have been dating since 2007 were spotted outside the private Hospital Ruber International in Madrid on Thursday, reported the New York Daily News.

Cruz was wearing a loose black blouse and a long coat and Bardem was holding tight a white envelop, according to media reports.
