Persona 5 finally releases in the U.S. April 4, and some dedicated fans have paid as much as $89.99 for the game’s Take Your Heart special edition. While it was first announced back in January, RipperDoe Studio on YouTube has done a full unboxing of the set he recently received from an Amazon seller.

As previously advertised, the Take Your Heart edition of Persona 5 comes with a copy of the game in a steelbook case, a soundtrack CD, a 4-inch Morgana plush, a 64-page hardcover art book, a school bag and a collectible box.

Pretty much all of those bonuses deliver exactly as promised. The outer box features the plot’s four main characters with four supporting ones on the back. The steelbook sleeve and case sport a silver and red aesthetic. Inside and under the disc spindle, you’ll find lots of sweet character art.

For the smaller extras, the soundtrack CD comes in a simple sleeve as opposed to a jewel case. The plushie was described as soft, and the school bag seemingly has fairly average build quality. The outside of the bag is black with the Shujin Academy crest in white. Its interior is lined with material that reflects the school’s colors. It should be big enough to fit a 15-inch laptop.

The art book focuses mostly on concept designs with a beautifully illustrated black and white cover shot of the title’s protagonist.

In case you’re curious about the soundtrack, here’s the track listing:

  1. “Wake Up, Get Up, Get Out There (Opening Movie Version)”
  2. “Phantom”
  3. “Escape”
  4. “Life Will Change”
  5. “Getaway ~ Arrest”
  6. “Interrogation Room”
  7. “Recollection ~ Foreboding”
  8. “Beneath The Mask (Instrumental Version)”
  9. “Meeting”
  10. “To Another World”
  11. “Doubt”
  12. “Imminence”
  13. “Ominous”
  14. “Desires”
  15. “Awakening”
  16. “Will Power”
  17. “King, Queen, And Slaves (Another Version)”
  18. “Last Surprise”
  19. “Aria Of The Soul”

This is the exact same CD that was paired with the game’s Japanese release last September.

Persona 5 has been under review by U.S. press for quite some time, so it’s not unthinkable that some copies might arrive early by accident. That’s clearly what happened in this particular case.

Persona 5 comes to PS4 and PS3 April 4. The Take Your Heart edition is exclusive to PS4.
