PGNiG says buying into Petrolinvest far-away deal
WARSAW - The deal between Polish gas monopoly PGNiG and oil venture Petrolinvest concerns cooperation, with capital ties only a future possibility, PGNiG deputy chief Miroslaw Szkaluba said.
Petrolinvest said in a statement on Wednesday the deal envisages PGNiG buying into its shares its Kazakhstan drilling assets.
