Phaedra Parks and Apollo Nida may not be heading toward divorce, but according to reports, they are going to have an open marriage when Nida heads to prison. Earlier this month, the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” cast member was sentenced in Atlanta, after pleading guilty in May to stealing people’s identities to apply for loans and create more than 40 fraudulent bank accounts.

An investigation into the operation began in February 2012, and he was subsequently charged by federal authorities with bank fraud and identity theft. In May, while in court, Nida said he takes "full responsibility" for his actions, and he admitted, "It was a dumb situation I put myself in."

Since then, Parks has claimed that the couple will not file for divorce, but according to Life & Style magazine, “Phaedra is well aware that Apollo has not always been faithful, so she has decided to turn the tables on him and be a free bird herself. When Apollo told Phaedra during the Season 6 reunion, ‘Everybody cheats … I just hope [Phaedra] uses a condom,’ she really took those words to heart. Now she’s been getting to know other guys.”

During previous seasons of the Bravo reality show, Nida got in trouble with his wife after accusations he engaged in inappropriate conduct with fellow "RHOA" cast member Kenya Moore. He has denied their relationship was inappropriate, but there were numerous text messages between the two, which Parks was not aware of. While he may not have been unfaithful, rumors circulated that he was with other women during their relationship.
