Underdog Paraguay is one victory away from winning the Copa America, after defeating Venezuela on Wednesday night.

The nation's prospects in the South American soccer tournament prompted an interesting response from a 26-year-old Paraguayan Internet sensation.

South American model Larissa Riquelme is such a fan of Paraguay that she made a bold promise before the tournament.

If Paraguay win the Copa America then I shall pose nude on the pitch, Riquelme said. I think we'll do well at the Copa.

This is not the first time she has made such a statement. In 2010, she promised to run naked through the streets if Paraguay won the World Cup.

An underdog in the tournament, Paraguay shocked Brazil in the quarterfinals, and faces a tough Uruguay team in Sunday's final.
