Pippa Middleton opened up about her favorite breakfast and what she doesn't eat in the morning.

Pippa recognizes the importance of breakfast. In fact, she confessed that she can't start her day without it in her interview with iNews on Thursday and even shared what she usually eats to kick-start her day.

"I always have breakfast. I can't start the day properly without it," Pippa said. "My usual breakfast is either plain yoghurt with chopped fruit and toasted seeds, oats and nuts or toasted rye bread with eggs or avocado."

Kate Middleton's sister also shared the food that she would never eat for breakfast. Surprisingly, this is an American classic on the table every morning.

"Pancakes with bacon and maple syrup – that certainly doesn't do it for me," Pippa revealed.

When asked what she can recommend for a quick and healthy breakfast, Pippa opted for a "Bircher muesli with fresh berries on top – you can even make a batch for the whole week."

Aside from eating breakfast, Pippa is very active. She keeps her fitness routine and was even spotted hitting the gym just three months after her wedding with James Matthews. This could be the reason why she is able to maintain her fit and slim frame.

"She's been working out about four or five times a week," a source told Entertainment Tonight. "She's been working with a personal trainer at a gym near her home in Chelsea and also has been doing Pilates. She looks and feels great – she's never looked better."

In August, there were rumors that Pippa and Kate want to get pregnant simultaneously. "It's long been a dream for Kate and Pippa to be pregnant at the same time," a Middleton family friend said. "To share that would be amazing."

Pippa and Matthews were reportedly already talking about their future family even before they wed. However, the Pippa and Kate's plan to get pregnant at the same time did not happen.

In September, the palace announced that Prince William and Kate are expecting their third royal baby. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will be a family of five by April. Meanwhile, there have been rumors that Pippa is pregnant, but she never confirmed it.
