Will Pippa Middleton become the heir of the Hogwarts Castle? If her relationship with George Percy takes her down the aisle, she will.

Pippa Middleton is reportedly dating George Percy, heir to the ancient Duchy of Northumberland, one of Britain's richest and grandest dukedoms, according to The Daily Mail. Percy is set to inherit the Alnwick Castle in Northumberland, which was featured in the Harry Potter films as Hogwarts School of Magic. The castle is more than 1,000 years old.

A source told The Sun that Percy, 27, has a trust fund that guarantees him £250,000 each year. He is reportedly quite smitten with Pippa Middleton.

It looks likely the Middleton sisters will be completing the double before too long, the source added.

Percy and Pippa Middleton met at Edinburgh University. They reportedly had a fling in 2008. However, the Earl was lasted spotted seen with Her Royal Hotness after her break-up from banker Alex Loudon last year. But the two insisted they were just friends.

The Sun reported that their relationship blossomed further at Pippa Middleton's New Year's Eve celebration. It was like a shark circling its bait. Some people think she has always set out to do this.

Alnwick Castle is known as the Windsor of the North and the Percys themselves are regarded in Border country, where they live, as royalty. Their wealth is estimated at around £300million and includes more than 100,000 acres of land.

If Pippa ends up marrying Earl Percy, then it isn't a bad return on Carole Middleton's investment when she sent her two daughters to posh public schools, said The Sun's source.

George Percy studied geography in college, majoring in renewable energy. He recently developed his own business and is set to drill the first commercial geothermal well in County Durham.
