Sony announced the most-downloaded games of the 2016 for the PlayStation Store - and you might be shocked to find out which game is number one.

Psyonix’s hit game Rocket League, which was released in 2015, was the top game for PlayStation 4 in 2016, beating hit games like Battlefield 1 and Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare.

Other titles on Sony’s most-downloaded PS4 games include Grand Theft Auto V, Overwatch: Origins Edition, No Man’s Sky, NBA 2K17 and Star Wars Battlefront.

When it comes to the PS3, the top most-downloaded games were Minecraft, The Last Of Us, Grand Theft Auto V, LittleBigPlanet and Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare. The most-downloaded PlayStation VR games include Job Stimulator, Batman: Arkham VR, Until Dawn: Rush of Blood, PlayStation VR Worlds and Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes.
