Monday, Poland's Central Statistical Office announced that the industrial production dropped 2% year-over-year in March, after falling a revised 14.6% in February. Economists had predicted a decline of 9.9%.

On a monthly basis, industrial production rose 15.5% in March, larger than a revised 2.4% increase in the previous month.

For the first three months of the year, industrial production dipped 10% compared to the same period of the previous year.
