Polyus Gold (PLZL.MM: Quote), Russia's largest gold miner, said on Tuesday its board had instructed management to explore the possibility of declaring an interim dividend on first-half 2009 financial results.
Polyus said in a statement its board had recommended not to declare a dividend on full-year 2008 results. The company had revealed this information in disclosure documents on Monday.
