Poppy Burge
Sarah Burge, known as the "Human Barbie" for the immense amount of plastic surgery procedures she has underwent, first made headlines for giving her seven-year-old daughter Poppy gift certificates for breast implants and liposuction. Now, the 51-year-old mother has plans to hold children's parties in a Botox clinic to give young girls the "wow factor" through makeovers. The makeovers would be held at the clinic where typically cosmetic injections and plastic surgery are performed with spray tans and extensions. http://www.poppyburge.com/Home

Poppy Burge, 7, received a ?6,000 breast implant voucher for her last birthday and a voucher for a ?7,000 liposuction as a Christmas gift this year from her mother, Sarah Burge. The gifts have sparked outrage from those who view the gifts as inappropriate considering Poppy's young age.

I put the voucher in her stocking - there's nothing wrong with that, her mother, Sarah Burge, nicknamed Human Barbie, told The Daily Mail. She asks for surgery all the time. She wants to look good and lipo is one of those procedures that will always come in handy.

Burge has spent more than ?500,000 on plastic surgery on her own body and hopes to make her daughter a fashion model.

I see these vouchers as investing in her future - like saving money for her education, she continued.

Burge has come under fire from the press a number of times for her strange behavior surrounding her young daughter. In 2010, she made the news when she told journalists she taught her six-year-old daughter to pole dance. Following reports that she gave her six-year-old daughter a voucher for breast implants last year, Burge spoke to Closer magazine.

Poppy begged me for a boob job, so I gave her the voucher so she can have it after she's 16, when it's legal, she told Closer. If she develops naturally big boobs, she can have something else done with it.

The voucher was one of the gifts at her daughter's exotic pamper party, where Poppy and seven friends received manicures, pedicures and makeovers. They sported fake tattoos, drank pretend champagne and ate designer cake at the party.

Poppy isn't interested in bouncy castles or pass the parcel, so I splashed out on something a little more grown-up, Poppy's mother said. The girls got lots of attention from our neighbors... They love having all eyes on them and were posing and pouting for photos.

Burge made her daughter's dreams come true with a ?250 computer, a ?450 pink Swarovski crystal necklace and ring set and a ?4,000 spa retreat.

I wanted a new computer, a holiday and a voucher for surgery. When I got it all, it was a dream come true. All my friends were jealous, Poppy said. I can't wait to be like Mummy with big boobs. They're pretty.

Burge's other daughters, Charlotte, 27, Hannah, 17, and step-daughter Jazzy have all had botox and plan to have further plastic surgery. However, she does not think that her openness to implants and liposuction is a problem.

Some people think it's controversial and I get angry when strangers say I'm a bad mother because I don't think there's any harm in giving her this gift, she explained. Poppy is a normal kid who is good at sports and loves playing outside. Girls don't want Snow White and Cinderella anymore.
