The top after-market NASDAQ gainers Wednesday were: ReachLocal, NetApp, Itron, Globus Maritime, GRAVITY Co, Affymetrix and Diamond Foods.

ReachLocal, Inc. (RLOC) stock climbed 11.99 percent to $9.34 in post market trading session. The company swung to fourth quarter net profit of $0.12 per share compared to net loss of $0.02 per share in the same quarter last year and against analysts’ estimation of loss of $0.05 per share. The company expects first quarter revenue to be in a range of $102 to $104 million against analysts’ estimation of $101.93 million.

NetApp, Inc. (NTAP) stock climbed 8.58 percent to $43.30 in post market trading session. The company reported third quarter adjusted net income of $216 million or $0.58 per share compared to $226 million or $0.56 per share in the same quarter last year and against analysts’ estimation of $0.58 per share.

For the fourth quarter, the company expects net income to be in a range of $0.38 to $0.43 per share on revenues of $1.645 to $1.725 billion, while analysts’ expect the company to report net profit of $0.63 per share on revenues of $1.68 billion.

Itron, Inc. (ITRI) stock surged 7.21 percent to $43.00 in aftermarket trading session. The company reported fourth quarter adjusted net profit of $49 million or $1.19 per share compared to $39 million or $0.95 per share in the same quarter a year-ago and against analysts’ estimation of $0.99 per share.

For the fiscal 2012, the company expects adjusted net income to be in a range of $3.80 to $4.20 per share on revenues of $2.1 to $2.3 billion, while analysts’ expect the company to report net profit of $3.87 per share on revenues of $2.26 billion for the full year. Globus Maritime Ltd. (GLBS) stock surged 6.24 percent to $4.94 in aftermarket trading session.

GRAVITY Co., Ltd. (GRVY) stock gained 4.2 percent to $2.48 in aftermarket trading session. The company stock climbed more than 17 percent in regular trading session.

Affymetrix, Inc. (AFFX) stock advanced 3.89 percent to $4.81 in aftermarket trading session. The company announced that its GeneChip System 3000Dx v.2 has been approved by China's State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) for in vitro diagnostic use.

Diamond Foods, Inc. (DMND) stock gained 1.11 percent to $23.72 in post market trading session after gaining more than 5 percent in regular trading session. The company announced Wednesday that Procter & Gamble Co. and DMND have mutually agreed to terminate Diamond's proposed acquisition of the Pringles business.
