The top after-market NASDAQ gainers Friday were The Hackett Group, Inc., Brocade Communications Systems, Inc., Multimedia Games Holding Company, Inc., Leap Wireless International, Inc. and XOMA Corporation.

The top after-market NASDAQ losers were: American Capital Mortgage Investment Corp, Brightpoint Inc., magicJack VocalTec Ltd., Energy XXI (Bermuda) Limited (EXXI) and JetBlue Airways Corporation.

Gainers

The Hackett Group, Inc. (HCKT) shares climbed 9.04 percent to $ 5.55 in after-market session. The Hackett Group, Inc. is a global strategic business advisory and technology consultancy firm.

Shares of Brocade Communications Systems, Inc (BRCD) rose 4.48 percent in post market session to close at $5.25.

Multimedia Games Holding Company, Inc. (MGAM) shares surged 2.43 percent to 13.49 in after-market hours trading Friday. The company shares lost 2.30 percent in regular trading session Friday.

Leap Wireless International, Inc. (LEAP) shares advanced 2.42 percent to $ 5.92 in post-market trading after the Reuters reported Thursday that AT&T, Inc. had held talks to buy Leap in recent months.

XOMA Corporation (XOMA) shares gained 2.29 percent and reached $2.68 in after-market hours trading, recovering from a two-day slide post its first quarter results Tuesday, which fell short of consensus estimates.

Losers

American Capital Mortgage Investment Corp, (MTGE) shares lost 2.71 percent in post-market hours to reach $23.30. The real estate investment trust announced its plans to sell 10 million shares of its stock, and the sale proceeds will go to its investments.

Brightpoint Inc. (CELL) traded 2.47 percent lower at $ 5.52 in post-market session after losing 4.55 percent in regular trading session.

MagicJack VocalTec Ltd. (CALL) shares plunged 1.79 percent to $22.00 in post market session after the company announced cancellation of its Rights Offering to shareholders of record on May 18, 2012.

Energy XXI (Bermuda) Limited (EXXI), stocks dropped 1.68 percent to $33.41 in after-hours trading.

JetBlue Airways Corporation (JBLU) shares declined 1.46 percent to $4.73 in post-market hours trading after gaining 2.13 percent in regular trading session Friday.
