Gainers

Universal Display Corp. (PANL) stock grew 9.14 percent to $55.90 in the after-market trading. The company said it has entered into a technology license agreement with Panasonic Idemitsu OLED Lighting Co., Ltd. Panasonic Idemitsu OLED Lighting PIOL will be licensed to integrate Universal Display's proprietary UniversalPHOLED phosphorescent and other OLED technologies and materials into OLED lighting products.

Further, Universal Display said under the license agreement, it has granted license rights under various patents and associated know-how owned or controlled by Universal Display for PIOL to manufacture and sell OLED products for lighting applications. PIOL will pay Universal Display running royalties on its sales of these products under the agreement, with a portion of the royalties prepaid. The terms of both agreements run through July 31, 2014.

Cninsure Inc. (CISG) stock grew 7.67 percent to $12.50 in the after-market trading. Profit for the second quarter decreased 15.5 percent to $15.5 million, while earnings per American Depository Share (ADS) grew 21.4 percent to $0.303. Adjusted earnings increased 19.5 percent to $16.7 million, while adjusted profit per ADS rose 11.2 percent to $0.327. Revenue grew 32.2 percent to $62 million, on growth of sales volume and rising P&C insurance commission rate. Looking ahead into the third quarter, the company expects revenue from continuing operations to grow by about 22 percent from last year.

Leap Wireless International Inc. (LEAP) stock gained 4.75 percent to $9.26 in the after-market trading. Pentwater Capital Management LP, an investment firm that has pushed for Leap Wireless to merge with MetroPCS Communications Inc., increased its stake in Leap to 5.7 percent, according to Bloomberg report. The purchase was made on Aug. 19, according to a filing with the SEC.

Exide Technologies (XIDE) stock increased 3.16 percent to $5.55 in the after-market trading.

Sify Technologies Ltd. (SIFY) stock rose 2.90 percent to $4.61 in the after-market trading.

Losers

Nara Bancorp Inc. (NARA) stock fell 10.07 percent to $6.43 in the after-market trading.

Winn-Dixie Stores Inc. (WINN) stock tumbled 4.61 percent to $7.25 in the after-market trading. Profit for the fourth quarter was $7.3 million or $0.13 per share, down from $14.0 million or $0.25 per share last year. Sales declined 3.8 percent to $1.6 billion. Analysts had expected profit of $0.12 per share on revenue of $1.60 billion. Identical store sales on a comparable 12-week basis increased 3.2 percent. The company expects Adjusted EBITDA for fiscal 2012 of $120 million to $135 million. Capital expenditures for fiscal 2012 are expected to be about $200 million, of which about $125 million will be used for the company's store remodeling program and new store development.

Oclaro, Inc. (OCLR) stock slid 3.22 percent to $3.91 in the after-market trading.

Insight Enterprises Inc. (NSIT) stock declined 2.72 percent to $18.99 in the after-market trading.

Stratasys Inc. (SSYS) stock decreased 1.94 percent to $23.72 in the after-market trading.
