Contact Centers of America Opens New Call Center in Clearwater, Florida

ORLANDO, FL -- (Marketwire) -- 08/04/10 -- Contact Centers of America (CCA), the industry leader in socially and economically innovative customer contact solutions, today announced it has opened a new call center in Clearwater, Florida, with plans to generate 200 new jobs.

The state-of-the-art facility located at 15550 Lightwave Drive, Suite 301, Clearwater, FL will house more than 200 call center representatives to support clients on a national basis.
