The first three videos in the series were released to an enthusiastic audience in July. Each video focuses on a specific theme that can be applied in a practical way to the viewer's life. The first video in the series focuses on the idea that "you are your own best expert." In this brief video, Barry Neil Kaufman explains the value of tapping into your own internal wisdom rather than relying on outside advice, and how to do it. The second video explores another core principle of The Option Process, the idea that our personal beliefs are powerful in supporting or limiting our happiness and personal development. The third video features Kaufman's insights on what it means to love and how to expand your personal experience of love and happiness. The three videos are part of the forthcoming series featuring Kaufman and other senior program teachers at The Option Institute in Sheffield, Massachusetts.
