The conference was hailed as "The premier international real estate event of the year" and included presentations by Alexander Romenenko (FIABCI World President), as well as real estate law, immigration and property management experts during 4 days of seminars, gala receptions and seminars.

"The future of the real estate market in Miami causes one to wonder about a very critical question: Am I positioned to ride the new wave of real estate development in Miami in 2012? Or, will I become a bystander watching others ride it to its full benefit in envy! I for one have always preferred to be one of the ones that make things happen instead of wondering, what happened?
