El Paso Corp. (NYSE:EP) shares surged 4.4 percent to $19.00 in pre-market trading session. The Company has accepted and will make payment for all Debentures that were validly tendered after the consent date and prior to the Expiration Date.

Johnson & Johnson (NYSE:JNJ) shares gained 3.09 percent to $62.33 in pre-market trading session. The company reported first quarter net income of $3.48 billion or $1.25 per share compared to $4.53 billion or $1.62 per share in the same quarter last year. For fiscal 2011, the company raised its earnings guidance to $4.90 - $5.00 per share from its prior range of $4.80 - $4.90 per share.

Dell Inc. (NASDAQ:DELL) shares advanced 2.65 percent to $15.10 in pre-market trading session. TIBCO Software, Inc. announced collaboration with Dell Inc., Arista Networks and Mellanox Technologies to deliver an end-to-end solution based on TIBCO FTL to enable financial trading market customers to rapidly turn millions of messages per second into actionable information on the trading room floor.

Emerson Electric Co. (NYSE:EMR) shares advanced 2.55 percent to $58.00 in pre-market trading session. The stock has a 52 week low of $42.69 and 52 week high of $62.24 and has $42.65 billion market capitalization.

State Street Corp. (NYSE:STT) shares advanced 1.99 percent to $45.56 in pre-market trading session as its first quarter adjusted earnings and revenue topped analysts’ estimation. Revenue rose to $2.36 billion from $2.30 billion in the same period last year and against analysts’ estimation of $2.29.

Harley-Davidson Inc. (NYSE:HOG) shares plunged 4.31 percent to $38.00 in pre-market trading session as its first quarter earnings missed expectations. Net income rose to $119.3 million or $0.51 per share from $33.3 million or $0.29 per share in the same quarter last year, while analysts expected net income of $0.53 per share.

Texas Instruments Inc. (NYSE:TXN) shares declined 1.7 percent to $34.20 in pre-market trading session. The company reported first-quarter net income of $666 million or $0.55 per share compared to $658 million or $0.52 per share in the same period a year-ago.

Omnicom Group Inc. (NYSE:OMC) shares declined 1.01 percent to $48.00 in pre-market trading session. Its first quarter net income rose 26 percent to $199.9 million and earnings per share rose 32.7 percent to $0.69.
