ASML Holding N.V. (ASML) stock climbed 9.47 percent to $53.05 in pre-market trading. Intel Corp. announced Monday that it has entered into a series of agreements with ASML intended to accelerate the development of 450-millimeter (mm) wafer technology and extreme ultra-violet (EUV) lithography, which will total approximately $4.1 billion.

Tata Motors Ltd. (TTM) stock surged 3.29 percent to $22.60 in pre-market trading. Standard & Poor's Ratings Services (S&P) Monday raised its long-term corporate credit rating of TTM to BB from BB- based on the positive outlook.

Arcelormittal (MT) stock surged 3.07 percent to $15.10 in pre-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $13.28, a 52-week high of $34.69 and $22.69 billion in market capitalization.

Molycorp Inc. (MCP) stock gained 1.68 percent to $20.59 in pre-market trading. The company stock plunged nearly 6 percent in regular trading Monday.

CVS Caremark Corp. (CVS) stock advanced 1.50 percent to $48.00 in pre-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $31.30, a 52-week high of $48.31 and $60.60 billion in market capitalization.

Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD) stock slumped 9.25 percent to $5.10 in pre-market trading after lowering its revenue guidance for second quarter. AMD currently expects its second quarter revenue to decline 11 percent compared to its first quarter revenue, lower than the prior estimate of plus or minus 3 percent gain on sequential basis.

France Telecom SA (FTE) stock declined 1.65 percent to $12.55 in pre-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $11.68, a 52-week high of $21.01 and $33.60 billion in market capitalization.

Senior Housing Properties Trust (SNH) stock fell 2.35 percent to $22.00 in pre-market trading. SNH announced Monday that it commenced a public offering of 8 million common shares.
