Fusion-IO also reported fourth quarter adjusted net profit of $9.85 million or $0.09 per share compared to analysts' estimate of $0.03 per share.

Barclays Plc (BCS) stock surged 2.85 percent to $11.53 in pre-market trading. Nokia Corp. (NOK) stock plunged 3.75 percent to $2.82 in pre-market trading. The company stock climbed more than 9 percent in regular trading Thursday after Digia Oyj announced that it had signed an agreement to acquire Qt software technologies and Qt business from Nokia.
