Gainers

Hewlett-Packard Company (NYSE:HPQ) stock rallied 11.45 percent to $23.66 in pre-market trading. The company reported a second quarter net income of $1.08 billion, or $0.55 a share, down from $1.59 billion, or $0.80 a share, a year earlier. For the third quarter, HP forecast earnings per share of $0.84 to $0.87. Analysts polled by FactSet forecast a profit of $0.83 per share. The company also announced that stockholders of record as of June 12 will be given a dividend of $0.1452 per share on July 3.

GameStop Corp. (NYSE:GME) stock climbed 3.31 percent to $37.45 in pre-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $15.32, a 52-week high of $39.87 and $4.27 billion in market capitalization.

Ocean Rig UDW Inc. (NASDAQ:ORIG) stock surged 3.20 percent to $17.75 in pre-market trading. The company reported adjusted EBITDA of $104.7 million in the first quarter of 2013, as compared to $50.7 million reported in the same period last year. The stock has a 52-week low of $12.14, a 52-week high of $18.43 and $2.27 billion in market capitalization.

Syngenta AG (NYSE:SYT) stock rose 2.40 percent to $79.51 in pre-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $61.47, a 52-week high of $87.73 and $35.62 billion in market capitalization.

ExOne Co. (NASDAQ:XONE) stock gained 1.42 percent to $42.00 in pre-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $23.50, 52-week high of $49.11 and $549.99 million in market capitalization.

Losers

Cleantech Solutions International Inc. (NASDAQ:CLNT) stock plunged 11.34 percent to $8.60 in post-market trading. The company shares soared more than 159 percent in regular trading after it announced becoming a certified supplier of components to China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation (NYSE: SNP) and China National Petroleum Corporation(CNPC).

3D Systems Corporation (NYSE:DDD) shares slumped 6.21 percent to $43.65 in pre-market trading. The company announced that at its annual meeting held on May 22, its stockholders approved an amendment to its certificate of incorporation to increase the authorized number of shares of common stock from 120 million to 220 million. The stock has a 52-week low of $18.33, a 52-week high of $51.94 and $4.32 billion in market capitalization.

Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (NYSE:AMD) stock fell 4.55 percent to $3.78 in pre-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $1.81, a 52-week high of $6.46 and $2.82 billion in market capitalization.

Molycorp Inc. (NYSE:MCP) stock fell 3.79 percent to $6.60 in pre-market trading. The company's stock lost about 5 percent in regular trading on Wednesday.
