Forest Laboratories Inc. (NYSE:FRX) shares surged 4.94 percent to $33.90 in pre-market trading session. The company announced that Daliresp was approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as a treatment to reduce the risk of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) exacerbations in patients with severe COPD associated with chronic bronchitis and a history of exacerbations.

Autozone Inc. (NYSE:AZO) shares gained 3.12 percent to $266.60 in pre-market trading session. The company reported second quarter net income of $148.06 million or $3.34 per share from $123.33 million or $2.46 per share in the same quarter last year. Net sales rose 10.3 percent to $1.66 billion.

Lorillard Inc. (NYSE:LO) shares gained 3.95 percent to $79.80 in pre-market trading session after a U.S. advisory panel said in a preliminary report that smokers don’t face more risks of tobacco-related disease from menthol cigarettes than unflavored cigarettes. Lorillard’s Newport is the top- selling menthol brand with $5 billion a year in revenue.

Jds Uniphase Corp. (NASDAQ:JDSU) shares gained 3.04 percent to $25.42 in pre-market trading session.

Windstream Corp. (NASDAQ:WIN) shares gained 2.23 percent to $12.82 in pre-market trading session. Fitch Ratings said that it has affirmed WIN’s long-term issuer default rating at 'BB+'.

KeyCorp (NYSE:KEY) shares plunged 7.77 percent to $8.43 in pre-market trading session.

Eog Resources Inc. (NYSE:EOG) shares declined 2.68 percent to $109.30 in pre-market trading session. The company announced on Monday that it plans a public offering of nearly 12 million shares.

Health Care REIT, Inc. (NYSE:HCN) shares declined 1.55 percent to $51.41 in pre-market trading session. The stock has a 52 week low of $38.42 and 52 week high of $52.24 and has $7.68 billion market capitalization.

Southwestern Energy Co. (NYSE:SWN) shares declined 1.24 percent to $38.99 in pre-market trading session. The company stock was downgraded to “underperform” rating from “buy” rating at BofA/Merrill Lynch.

Huntington Bancshares Inc. (NASDAQ:HBAN) shares declined 1.02 percent to $6.77 in pre-market trading session.
