Cintas Corp. (NASDAQ:CTAS) shares surged 7.49 percent to $30.00 in pre-market trading session on Monday. The company stock was upgraded to “Outperform” rating from “neutral” rating at Robert W. Baird. The firm also lifted its price target on Cintas to $34 from $32.

MEMC Electronic Materials Inc. (NYSE:WFR) shares surged 5.74 percent to $12.71 in pre-market trading session. The stock has a 52 week low of $9.19 and 52 week high of $16.99 and has $2.77 billion market capitalization.

First Solar Inc. (NASDAQ:FSLR) shares surged 4.77 percent to $146.60 in pre-market trading session on concerns that demand for solar modules would increase as countries increase subsidies to incentivize solar energy generation on response to increasing safety concerns over nuclear power as explosions at a nuclear power plant in Japan prompted calls for a review of atomic energy plans.

Micron Technology Inc. (NASDAQ:MU) shares gained 4 percent to $10.65 in pre-market trading session. The stock has a 52 week low of $6.36 and 52 week high of $11.95 and has $10.21 billion market capitalization.

Xilinx Inc. (NASDAQ:XLNX) shares gained 2.26 percent to $33.06 in pre-market trading session. The company announced that its Board of Directors has increased the quarterly cash dividend from $0.16 to $0.19 per outstanding share of common stock, payable on June 8, 2011 to all stockholders of record at the close of business on May 18, 2011. American International Group Inc.
