Eastman Kodak Co. (NYSE:EK) shares climbed 9.82 percent to $3.13 in pre-market trading session after a U.S. International Trade Commission judge rules that the company’s digital camera technology does not violate Apple patents.

Tyco International Ltd. (NYSE:TYC) shares climbed 7.07 percent to $53.00 in pre-market trading session on news that Schneider Electric SA is in talks with private-equity firms about partnering on a $30 billion plus bid of TYC.

Dean Foods Co. (NYSE:DF) shares surged 6.68 percent to $13.10 in pre-market trading session. The company stock was upgraded to “buy” rating from “neutral” rating at Goldman Sachs. The stock has a price target of $19.

Agilent Technologies Inc. (NYSE:A) shares surged 6.48 percent to $53.59 in pre-market trading session. The company reported second quarter net income of $0.56 per share compared to $0.31 per shares in the same quarter last year. Sales rose to $1.7 billion from $1.3 billion in the last year’s same quarter.

Dillard's, Inc. (NYSE:DDS) shares gained 4.14 percent to $50.60 in pre-market trading session. The company reported first quarter net income of $1.31 per share compared to $0.68 per share in the same quarter last year. Sales rose to $1.47 billion from $1.45 billion last year.

Aetna Inc. (NYSE:AET) shares advanced 2.71 percent to $43.99 in pre-market trading session. The stock has a 52 week low of $25.00 and 52 week high of $43.00 and has $16.47 billion market capitalization.

General Mills, Inc. (NYSE:GIS) shares gained 1.87 percent to $39.51 in pre-market trading session after the company reiterates its fiscal 2011 earnings outlook. General Mills expects its fiscal 2011 earnings to be in the range of $2.46 to $2.48 per share against analysts’ estimation of $2.30 per share.

El Paso Pipeline Partners LP (NYSE:EPB) shares declined 3.78 percent to $34.33 in pre-market trading session. The company announced that it plans to sell 14,000,000 common units in an underwritten public offering pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement on Form S-3 previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
