The company announced Wednesday the pricing of its combined offering of common stock and mandatorily convertible notes to raise nearly $4.0 billion. ArcelorMittal intends to use the net proceeds from the combined offering to decrease existing indebtedness. The company expects the offering combined with other proposals will reduce its net debt down to approximately $17 billion by the end of June.
