The company Sunday announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement for the sale of its minority equity stake held in Companhia de Telecomunicacoes de Macau SARL (CTM), representing a 28 percent of CTM’s share capital, to Citic Telecom International Holdings Limited (CITIC Telecom).

Apple Inc (NASDAQ:AAPL) stock declined 4.27 percent to $497.00 in pre-market trading. A Wall Street Journal report Monday quoting people familiar with the situation said the company has cut its orders for components for the iPhone 5 due to weaker-than-expected demand.
