Zoll Medical Corp. (ZOLL) stock climbed 23.66 percent to $92.87 in pre-market trading session. Asahi Kasei Corp. and ZOLL jointly announced that Asahi Kasei Asahi has entered into an agreement to acquire all of the outstanding common stock of Zoll through a cash tender offer for approx. $2.21 billion.
