Let's face it, for many of us horse racing season means one thing, drinking.

Watching the races is fun, and perhaps even more fun if you throw down a wager on the proceedings, but the real reason we all host parties for these races is their famous drinks.

The Kentucky Derby has its mint juleps, and the Belmont has the Belmont Breeze but the second race of the Triple Crown has its own intriguing signature beverage, the Black Eyed Susan.

The Black Eyed Susan is a delicious combination of orange juice, pineapple juice, vodka, rum and triple sec, it is usually garnished with an orange and a cherry.

Below is a video with step by step instructions to make the drink. Enjoy the day, enjoy the race and enjoy the party.
