Can the Liars move forward from their stint in “A’s” dollhouse? They’ll be trying their hardest in episode 5 of “Pretty Little Liars.”

According to the synopsis for “She’s No Angel,” Alison (Sasha Pieterse) will be growing closer to Lorenzo (Travis Winfrey), Toby’ (Keegan Allen) new partner. Since new cops in Rosewood have always been hard to trust, it’s easy to become suspicious of Lorenzo. But is that why Toby wants Alison and Lorenzo to stay away from each other? Or is there something else that Toby is not telling Spencer (Troian Bellisario)?

Meanwhile, Spencer will run into Dean (Nathaniel Buzolic), her old sobriety coach. Fans will remember that Spencer has been struggling since escaping the dollhouse. Although her friends have pills to help them relax and sleep, Spencer’s mom refused to let the doctors prescribe them due to her history with addiction. Spencer got so desperate for the pills that she even went through Aria’s (Lucy Hale) garbage when the teen told her that she threw them out because they were making her sick. Unable to rest due to the dollhouse and “A,” Spencer resorted to asking Ezra’s (Ian Harding) new baker to make her some weed-infused treats. Will Dean be able to help her? Or will Spencer continue to spiral downwards?

In one video the teen shows up at Hanna’s (Ashley Benson) house before school. She reveals that she just got back after spending some time at a spa with her mom and is worried about Alison. Mona thinks that Alison will try to get revenge on her after she was put away for her death. Hanna tries to argue that Alison isn’t who she should be worried about because “A” is on the loose. However, all Mona can think about is how the police will want to arrest her for wasting taxpayer dollars on an investigation into her “murder.”

Unfortunately for Mona there is another person gravely upset with her – her old friend, Lesli (Elizabeth McLaughlin). Mona is surprised to run into Lesli at the coffee shop. But Lesli drops a bombshell … she was summoned by police because they think she helped Mona fake her death.
