World renowned musician Prince has reportedly fallen behind $368,382 on the mortgage to his former home in Chanhassen, Minnesota, which now faces a foreclosure auction.

A sheriff’s auction is set in Carver County on May 13 for the 20-acre estate, according to Star Tribune.

Public records show that Prince bought the property in 1994 for $605,000, but destroyed the house in late 2005, leaving only the tennis court and gatehouse. It is currently valued at $1.15 million.

Prince has paid $1.3 million in current and delinquent property taxes on this property last year.
