Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are still on vacation.

Harry and Markle just headed to Zambia to see Victoria Falls. However, the royal couple is already wrapping up their trip to Africa as they are due to return this week.

According to Vogue, Harry is due to return to London by Wednesday. The ginger prince along with Prince William and Kate Middleton will be paying an emotional tribute to their late mom, Princess Diana, at Kensington Palace's White Garden.

The publication also noted that it is unlikely to see Markle with a ring on her finger. The British royal engagement announcement is usually done through press releases and television appearances and not paparazzi photos.

The engagement rumors involving the couple intensified when they headed to Africa for Markle's 36th birthday. The continent is a romantic destination for lovers. In fact, it's where William proposed to the Duchess of Cambridge.

Also, Harry considered the place as his second home. So, many believed that popping the big question during their trip would make sense. In fact, two sources confirmed that he had been planning to propose during their three-week trip.

According to the two insiders, Harry intended to ask Markle's hand in marriage in Botswana. Also, the prince reportedly wanted to make it this month near the death anniversary of his mother "so he can associate August with something joyful."

Whether Harry already proposed or not, fans will have a difficult time proving it because the royal prince reportedly wanted to keep it private for a while. "Harry said he would want to enjoy the news between the two of them before word starts spreading out," an insider told Us Weekly. "This has really been the trip of a lifetime."

In related news, Harry has been pulling ranks to have his girlfriend bypass the airport queue. According to sources, it has been happening for quite a while.

Harry was reportedly accompanied by a police escort on the tarmac with his black Audi RS6 to fetch the "Suits" star. Markle usually only carries a hand luggage, so the procedure is not a hassle. However, if she checks a suitcase, all the necessary security checks are done in advance or onboard the flight because upon arrival, the American actress walks straight from the plane to her boyfriend's car.
