Princess Diana will also be featured in “Harry & Meghan: A Royal Romance.”

Bonnie Soper has just been cast to portray the late princess in the upcoming Lifetime TV/movie. “Fargo” star Maggie Sullivun will portray Queen Elizabeth II in the project.

According to Vulture, Queen Elizabeth II will only have two lines in “Harry & Meghan: A Royal Romance.” One of her lines would be about asking either Meghan Markle or Prince Harry what “Suits” is. Markle used to star in the hit series as Rachel Zane. The queen’s second line is, “Sure, I guess.”

As of late, details about how Princess Diana will be included in the film are still being kept under wraps. Prince Harry’s mom passed away on Aug. 31, 1997 following a car crash in Paris. This means that Markle never had the chance to meet Princess Diana, but she may be included in the Lifetime movie through flashbacks.

If Princess Diana will be featured in flashbacks, it is possible that Lifetime will also cast a young Prince Harry. As of late, only adult Prince Harry and Markle have been cast. Parisa Fitz-Henley and Fraser Murray are currently filming in Vancouver. The production for “Harry & Meghan: A Royal Romance” kicked off earlier this week, and the entire team will also shoot some scenes in Los Angeles.

“Harry & Meghan: A Royal Romance” is executive produced by Michael Weiss and Meredith Finn. The movie will chronicle Markle and Prince Harry’s relationship from their courtship to their engagement. It will also examine Markle’s life as a divorced woman, as well as a former actress.

Menhaj Huda is directing the TV/movie, and Scarlett Lacey and Terrence Coli wrote the script for the project, according to E! News. The film is expected to premiere on Lifetime sometime this spring. No official date has been released, but the movie will most likely be available before Markle and Prince Harry’s May 19 wedding.
