Princess Estelle of Sweden dotes on her younger brother Prince Oscar in new pictures released by the Royal Palace of Sweden on Wednesday. The picture was released by their mother, Crown Princess Victoria, and her husband Prince Daniel. The proud parents thanked well-wishers on the birth of their son.

The palace released two portraits on its official Facebook page and one official picture on the website. In one sweet picture, 4-year-old Estelle holds her baby brother. The young princess dotes on the sleeping child. She smiles sweetly down at Oscar, who is fast asleep in his sister’s arms.

Little Estelle matched her dress with her brother’s. She wore a blue frock that featured a Peter Pan collar, ruffled sleeves and a floral yolk in front. The skirt had tulle detailing. Her honey blonde tresses were left loose in a side part.

The baby wore a blue cardigan, white warmers and matching socks. The photo was clicked at the family home in Haga Palace by 42-year-old Daniel. “Many thanks for all greetings, good wishes and congratulations we received in connection with Princess Estelle’s birthday and Prince Oscar's birth. We appreciate all the concern and that so many share our joy,” the picture was captioned.

Another picture released on the official website of the palace shows 38-year-old Victoria cuddling up to her newborn. In the picture, the baby Duke of Skane is held by his mom. The proud mom also matches her son in a blue floral dress.

She accessorized with blue drop earrings, a delicate silver necklace and her engagement ring. Her brunette tresses are pulled back in a deep side part and styled into a low bun. The picture was believed to have been taken at the Haga Palace by photographer Kate Gabor.

Victoria and Daniel welcomed their baby son at the Karolinska Hospital in Stockholm on March 2. They released the first official portrait of their son sleeping earlier this month. The baby prince was then just five days old.
