Princess Madeleine of Sweden took to Facebook and shared several pictures of her daughter Princess Leonore and her cousin Princess Estelle, who are also best friends, with fans on Sunday. The last Sunday of May is celebrated as Mother’s Day in Sweden. The photographs were taken on the occasion of the royal christening of Estelle’s baby brother Prince Oscar Friday.

The first photo shows Princess Madeleine dressed in a pink dress with frilled sleeves while holding her two-year-old daughter, who looks just adorable in a blue and white dress with a matching white bow in her hair. The next picture shows four-year-old Estelle giggling with two-year-old Leonore as they sit on a chair together. The two little princesses look adorable in their stylish outfits while cuddling each other in the third picture.

“My sister and I are blessed as mothers of two sweet little girls who adore each other! Photo Anna-Lena Ahlström, The Royal Court,” Madeleine, 33, captioned the pictures. Both the tots can be seen giggling away with Leonore’s hands in her mouth, while Estelle looks at her sister and smiles. The hyperactive princess wears a white self-patterned frock with white tights and matching buckled shoes.

Her blonde hair is tied into a neat ponytail with a white fascinator adorning it. She accessorizes with a pearl necklace. Fans were all gushing about the two little princesses in their posts and even thanked Madeleine for sharing the pictures with them that made their day.

Meanwhile, during the christening at the royal chapel in the palace, both Leonore and Estelle showed off their independent spirit. Little Leonore even flaunted her dancing skills in front of the 150 guests, who attended Oscar’s christening. The relaxed ceremony lasted for 48 minutes.

Leonore’s younger brother Prince Nicolas, who was christened at the chapel in October, was in the arms of his dad Chris O’Neill, while his mom was busy with her godmother duty. The tot, who will turn one in June, held an illuminated toothbrush in his hand during the church service.
