Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden gave birth to a baby girl on Thursday, and her name has been revealed: Estelle Silvia Ewa Mary, The Associated Press reported.

The names Silvia and Ewa are for the crown princess' mother and her husband's mother, respectively.

We have now been given a little Princess Estelle in Sweden and we are all, particularly me and the family, very, very happy and joyful for that, said the new mother's dad, King Carl XVI Gustaf, The AP reported.

Photos of the baby girl -- the second in line to the Swedish throne -- have yet to surface, but The AP, citing a Swedish court member, reported that she looks just like the crown princess.

Crown Princess Victoria has been married to husband Daniel Westling, a commoner, since June of 2010. They met in 2001 when Westling worked as her personal trainer.

Their wedding ceremony caused some debate in the country, and not just because the cost would be partially covered by taxes. Couples in Sweden usually walk down the aisle together when getting married, so it caused a stir when it was announced that her father would give her away. It was also considered somewhat sexist for gender-equal country. The king ended up walking his daughter halfway down the aisle and she and Westling walked the rest of the way together.

Baby Estelle is the couple's first child.
