LAS VEGAS, NV -- (Marketwire) -- 09/23/08 -- The Fourth Annual Monster Energy Hold 'em orFold 'em Celebrity Charity Poker Tournament (CPT) presented by ToyotaTrucks, hosted by Jimmy Button and emceed by celebrity tournament directorMatt Savage, will take place on Thursday, 9 October, 4:00 p.m. at the MGMGrand Poker Room. First prize is a 2009 $10,000 World Series of Poker mainevent seat. First through third place winners will receive Curtis & Co.watches valued at $2,200 each. Spectators are welcome. Fans andparticipants will take home more than 100 prizes and giveaways.
The Fourth Annual Monster Energy Celebrity Hold 'em or Fold 'em CPTpresented by Toyota Trucks is open to the public. Participants will competeagainst Supercross and poker celebrities, including Jimmy Button, ChadReed, Grant Langston, Jason Thomas, Josh Grant, Chris Ferguson, Andy Bloch,Jeff Madsen, James Mordue, Robert Williamson III, Jennifer Harman, MarcoTraniello, Karina and Chip Jett, Hoyt Corkins, Todd Brunson, Joe Sebok, JonFriedberg, Jamie Gold, Roy Winston, and 2008 World Series of Poker finaltable chip leader Dennis Phillips.
The recommended donation to enter the tournament is $300, with $100 re-buysavailable during the first four levels. Players may also purchase a $100add-on for double the starting stack at the end of the re-buy period.
