To create/update a rental profile, Avis customers shouldvisit the "My Avis" section of www.avis.com (for U.S. residents) orwww.avis.ca (for Canada residents).

Budget customers who wish to take advantage of the e-Receipt service musthave an email address in their rental profile and must have used theirBudget RapidRez number at the time of reservation. Budget customers who donot have a rental profile but wish to receive an e-Receipt can do so bycontacting Budget Customer Service at 800-214-6094. To create/update arental profile, Budget customers should visit www.budget.com (for U.S. andCanada residents).
