Barrio Restaurant Brings "Bingo Night" to Park Slope
Early Evening Bingo Games for Kids and Families and Late Night Games for Adults

BROOKLYN, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 09/25/08 -- Barriorestaurant, a hip Park Slope neighborhood favorite, is launching aweekly party for patrons of all ages: Tuesday Night Bingo. The restaurantis located at 210 7th Avenue (corner of 3rd street) in the heart of the Park Slope section of Brooklyn.
Kids and Families Bingo will be held at Barrio every Tuesday night at 6PMstarting Tuesday, October 14th. Adult Bingo will be held Tuesdays startingat 8PM. Winners will be awarded fabulous prizes, including t-shirts,games, and festive cocktails (for players over 21 years of age, duringAdult Bingo only).
Barrio is the collaborationbetween Manhattan restaurateur Spencer Rothschild (RAIN, CALLEOCHO, BLT PRIME, DJANGO, YUSHI) and Manhattan chef Adrian Leon (ROSA MEXICANO, PATRIA,CHICAMA, ZOCALO, ZONA ROSA). Barrio serves authentic Mexican cuisine in a hip, casualsetting. Barrio is open 7 days a week, Monday through Friday beginning at3PM, with Saturday and Sunday brunch beginning at 11AM.
The Barrio menu includes an authentic Mayan Black Bean Soup, topped withChihuahua cheese, fresh avocado and crema fresca ($5.95), an earthy QuesoFundido served in a traditional fondue set with rajas poblanas, mushroomsand homemade warm tortillas ($8.50), a brightly flavored Shrimp Cevichewith crunchy jicama, chipotle chilies and fresh lime ($9.75), a rich PueblaPork Tenderloin with corn flan and finished in a chili arbol peanut mole($16.75), a singular Chicken Enchilada, served open-faced in a charredmorita salsa ($14.25), and four types of tacos wrapped in deliciously lighthomemade tortillas ($6.95-$8.95).
