Pathfinder Bancorp, Inc. Declares Dividend

OSWEGO, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 09/29/08 -- Thomas W. Schneider, President/CEO of PathfinderBancorp, Inc. and Pathfinder Bank (NASDAQ: PBHC), announced that thecompany has declared a cash dividend of $.1025 per share on the company'scommon stock for the fiscal quarter ending September 30, 2008. The dividendwill be payable to all shareholders of record on October 15, 2008, and willbe paid on October 31, 2008.
Pathfinder Bancorp, Inc. is the mid-tier holding company of PathfinderBank. Pathfinder Bank is a New York State chartered savings bankheadquartered in Oswego, New York whose deposits are insured by the FederalDeposit Insurance Corporation. The Bank has seven full service officeslocated in its market area within Oswego County.
